
Elementary Theater Production
4th - 6th grade students work as a team to produce a play or musical culminating in a performance at the end of the semester. Students learn acting, singing, and dancing through developing the dramatic comedic, choral, and dance pieces in the play. Students also get the opportunity to assist with scenery, props, costumes and backstage crew responsibilities
Junior High Theater Production
This course is a practical learning experience in the performing and technical aspects of theater production. 7th and 8th grade students learn the art and technique of acting and then polish their performance skills by being a part of the collaborative process of a production.
High School Theater Production
9th - 12th grade students hone their technical and performing skills in this class recommended for committed actors who desire to experience a professional work environment. Students audition and perform in a play during the fall semester and a full scale musical in the spring.
